Yes, this is a natural method to treat scabies as bleach kills scabies mites. The best method as described below is to soak in a bath
A couple of points to be aware of
- Dilute the bleach, DO NOT use bleach straight from the bottle.
- DO NOT ingest (swallow) bleach
Add 750ML (about 3 cups) of bleach to a tub of bath water, the water should be as hot as you can stand. How long to stay in the bath, the longer you stay in the bath the better the result. If you want to do this in one treatment then you need to stay in the bath tub for up to one hour. Move around in the tub to ensure that you have covered all areas.
Air dry yourself when you get out of the bath, don’t use a towel to dry yourself.
Apply moisturizer after you are completely dry.
Follow the other methods for ensuring that your clothes are clean and scabies mite free so that you minimize reinfesting yourself.
If you find that a single hour long bath doesn’t get rid of the mites, then you will need to carry out the procedure again the following day.
I would strongly suggest having the bath at night, the last thing before going to bed, also ensuring that your bedding (sheets etc) and mattress have been thoroughly cleaned and are mite free
